You are responsible for the images you upload. You must own the rights to the content or have permission to process it. BatchCut is not liable for copyright infringements caused by user uploads.
3. API Usage
If you use our API, you agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer our models or disrupt the service for other users. Abuse of API keys will lead to immediate termination.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This section explains how we handle your data.
1. Data Collection
We collect your email for account management and payment processing. We use third-party processors like Stripe for billing; we do not store your credit card details.
2. Image Data (Important)
Images uploaded to BatchCut are processed by our AI. We do not use your personal images to train our public models. Images are stored temporarily for processing and deleted from our active servers within 24 hours.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and analyze traffic via Vercel Analytics.
Refund Policy
Please read our refund terms carefully before upgrading to a paid plan.
1. Eligibility
As BatchCut provides digital goods (AI processing credits), refunds are generally not provided once credits have been used. If you have not used any credits and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, we will process it.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.
3. Technical Issues
If a technical error on our side prevents you from using the service, we will compensate you with additional credits or a full refund for the affected period.
